Work proceeds by leaps and bounds with the last of the power poles necessary to carry electricity and phone lines to the Observatory installed. The power lines will be strung over the next couple of weeks to supply power for construction to begin on the new roof, floor and dome support structure.

The process to order the dome is now underway and plans to complete the work by the end of the year are still on track.
